Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to ayuma.framer.website and use of Ayuma’s in-studio and online yoga classes, workshops, and coaching services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance
   By accessing the Site or purchasing any plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts
   You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Payments & Refunds
   All payments are processed in GBP via Stripe. Drop-in classes are non-refundable. Memberships may be canceled at any time; unused days remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Workshops and retreats have a 14-day cooling-off period unless the event date is sooner.

4. Health Disclaimer
   Yoga involves physical activity. Consult your physician before participating. You attend at your own risk; Ayuma is not liable for any injury or loss.

5. Intellectual Property
   All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, and designs—is owned or licensed by Ayuma. You may not reproduce or distribute without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct
   You agree not to harass other users, post hate speech or spam, scrape the Site, or share paid content outside your household.

7. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London.

9. Changes
   We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
